Fully comprehensive Personal Development Plan Package, an action plan to develop and map a professional development plan to manage and secure career choices. To be able to identify career goals and career objectives. This is an iterative and structured process based on identifying the existing skills and competencies and matching those with the career choice in the global fashion industry. Finally, we can structure this PDP framework and identify existing strengths and areas for future development which enables us to reflect on our own learning and achievements to date and how those will allow us to fulfill personal, educational, and career development for lifelong learning across a range of employment and continuing professional development contexts.

When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful” (Edmondson 2015). I firmly believe that in order to reach one's desired destination, it's essential to have a well-crafted vision for the journey ahead and establish a solid groundwork for a more promising future. The continous development plan outlines my vision and plannings for the upcoming year and outlines my aspirations for the next five years, along with the concerted efforts required to realize these ambitions.
I am fairly confident that by harmonizing all these elements, one day we will undoubtedly attain the objectives we are striving for. Among the goals I have set for myself, the creation of a personal website stands out, and I have achieved this feat with a sense of pride.
