The primary objective of this business report centers around the empowerment of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the provision of advanced supply chain solutions, leveraging the capabilities of cloud-based ERP technology and artificial intelligence. Our overarching goal is to enhance the operational prowess and competitiveness of these businesses within the dynamic landscape of the global fashion industry.
For secondary data analysis, background STEEP, SWOT and porter's 5 forces analysis was conducted on scope of the project to estimate macro and micro economic influences plus possible strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the proposed business service.
For primary data analysis, qualitative interviews were conducted with two small fashion business owners based in Nottingham, united kingdom. Both of them positively responded and said they were open to the idea of integrating supply chain solutions (ERP and AI) to their businesses in the future to leverage its full potential for smooth operations.
The optimal marketing blend for the intended B2B service was determined, encompassing the specific market tier of small fashion enterprises specializing in apparel. This encompasses various segments such as start-ups, charity/thrift stores, and boutique businesses, and targeting consumers in the realm of small fashion brands. The factors of price point and product were also integrated into this mix. Subsequently, a marketing strategy was formulated to target proprietors of small fashion brands, encouraging their adoption of our B2B service. Furthermore, a budget and timeline were established for the proposed B2B service.
Amidst a landscape where every brand is fighting the hardest to maintain the sparkle, our B2B service aims to assist in the transformation of small fashion brands, empowering them to make well-informed choices and enhance operational efficiency within the fast-paced and fiercely competitive fashion industry.
