Golden Goose, the Italian luxury sneaker brand known for its unique five-point star sneakers, has chosen Lazard as its financial advisor to explore the possibility of going public on the Milan stock market in the first half of 2024. This move comes after being acquired by private equity firm Permira in 2020. The brand's sneakers are priced at over 400 euros per pair, and the company has seen a 21% rise in net revenues in the first half of the year, driven by expanding direct-to-consumer sales and reaching more regions.
